Okay, I should be honest. You can search the archives and determine my age. I’ll be 42 on Saturday. I know that means some of you will stop reading my site because you thought I was some hot chick or something. I’m not. Mentally, sure, but that’s about it. I’m a 42 year old mom. Well, I will be. Today, I’m just a 41 year old mom. Same for tomorrow. After that, 42.
I’m trying to not think about it. I don’t want to get old. So let’s agree, between you and me, that I’m only 25.

42? I don’t think I ever knew that. Maybe because I was wallowing in my own misery. Just wondering though, does everything hurt in the morning yet? And have you had to go from “i want to look cool in glasses” to “yes doc, trifocals will be fine”? Progressive lenses of course so only you and your doc knows. I am sure looking at your little one keeps you feeling younger, my little mr. cookiecutter dump will be 16 next Sunday. And did you know I am going to be a Nana in June? This all adds up to feeling old. But it’s all nothing a good glass of wine, some ibuprophen and correctol can’t cure. Have a very happy birthday Jody.
