You know what I learned tonight? DO you? When I had to pay my $18 in late fees because I was ONE DAY late with two games and a movie? That if I’d CALLED them, they would have told me the new due date because basically the charge covers you re-renting the danged things. Did anyone know this? I didn’t. I NEVER knew that if you were late you could call them for a new due date. I’m really annoyed now. Well you can bet I won’t forget next time!
